We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data through this site. Please do not submit them.

Project work may involve AI tools and third-party processors only under agreed safeguards and scope.

This website offers an optional AI chat assistant, called Lotty, that answers questions about Leitspur's services. Messages you send in the chat are transmitted to Anthropic PBC (USA), which provides the underlying language model, for the duration of the conversation.

Chat conversations are not stored on our servers. A conversation lives only in your browser tab and is discarded when the tab is closed — unless you explicitly submit the contact form inside the chat. In that case your details, your request summary, and the conversation transcript are sent to us and handled like any other contact inquiry.

Please do not enter personal or confidential information into the chat itself; use the form the assistant offers for contact requests.

Where the GDPR applies, we process data on the basis of your consent, steps taken prior to entering into a contract, the performance of a contract, legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in operating and securing this site.

Under the Swiss FADP we process data in line with the same principles.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate this site: Vercel Inc. (USA), which hosts the website, Resend, Inc. (USA), which delivers contact-form and newsletter email on our behalf, and Anthropic PBC (USA), which processes chat messages to generate the assistant's replies.

Where data is transferred to the USA or another country without an adequate level of data protection, we rely on recognized safeguards such as the Swiss–US Data Privacy Framework, adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Contact inquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless a longer period is needed to manage the relationship or meet legal or accounting obligations.

Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for up to 12 months for security and diagnostics.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, ask us to restrict certain processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and receive the data you provided in a portable format.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.

To exercise these rights, email info@leitspur.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, where the GDPR applies, with your local supervisory authority.

This site uses only the cookies and similar technical storage strictly necessary for it to function, such as for routing and security. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Your appearance and motion preferences are kept in your browser's local storage, and an open chat conversation is kept in your browser's session storage until you close the tab. Both stay on your device.

We may update this policy when the website or legal requirements change. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update shown above.
