Please do not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive business information through the contact form unless we have agreed on an appropriate process with you.

Project work may involve AI tools and third-party processors only under agreed safeguards and scope.

We process data on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in running this site, as applicable under the Swiss FADP and the GDPR.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate this site: our hosting provider, and Resend, Inc. (USA), which delivers contact-form and newsletter email on our behalf.

Where data is transferred to the USA or another country without an adequate level of data protection, we rely on recognized safeguards such as the Swiss–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Retention: contact inquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, newsletter data until you unsubscribe, and server logs for up to 12 months.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to certain processing, and receive the data you provided in a portable format.
