- How does an engagement start?
- With a fixed-scope discovery: we map your workflows, score the AI opportunities, and hand you a prioritized roadmap for the next 30, 60, and 90 days. You can execute it with us or on your own.
- How long does a first project take?
- A focused readiness audit typically takes one to three weeks. Build projects start with a prototype around one workflow and representative data — you see working output before committing to more.
- How is pricing structured?
- Discovery and implementation projects have a fixed scope and a fixed price agreed up front, so budgets are known before work starts. Ongoing advisory and delivery run as retainers.
- Do we have to replace our existing tools?
- Usually not. We prefer extending the systems your team already uses — email, CRM, ERP, spreadsheets, support desk — because adoption is easier when the workflow stays familiar.
- What happens after handover?
- You get documentation your team can follow, an enablement session, and a system your own people can maintain. Ongoing support is available as a retainer, but it's optional.
- What languages do you work in?
- German and English, in writing and in workshops. We're based in Zug and reply to inquiries within two working days.
